Theresa, the Labour Camp Boss - Theresa is a Filipino national who joined hundreds of thousands of expatriates looking for better financial prospects in the UAE for herself and her family. Having left her husband and three small children back at home, Theresa spent 27 years in Abu Dhabi working as a female labour camp boss supervising around 200 labourer women from various African and South East Asian countries. The wellbeing of these women has always been Theresa's first concern that she is renowned for approaching with great dedication. Theresa feels more like a mother than a camp boss and she is certainly seen in this light.
